I have to ask - What’s everyone’s thoughts about this? Aren’t all Cirrus aircraft produced/manufactured here in the United States?

Yes Cirrus Design builds the airplanes in Duluth. I can’t say where they source parts but I’m thinking at least some parts are not made in the USA.

I have no idea the extent of the contract with AVIC is or if Cirrus could afford to buy back the company. But I think we all know Cirrus would not be the company it is today had it not been given an infusion of cash from AVIC.

I also can’t say what influence AVIC has the day to day operations or how they influence the 10 year plan.

We’ve all seen post recession (circa 2008/9) growth for Cirrus.

As for military company let’s talk when they add a couple of 50 calls to a 22T.
