CHT #5 turn blue in LOP

I’m new to the cirrus and flying in general,

while in LOP and best economy is it common for one CHT to change from green column to blue for few moments?
No partial loss of power or engine roughness

Recently I had issue with one cylinder being the hottest on takeoff and climb out only to be very cool when leaning. It ended up being a partially clogged injector. Thanks to one of the members their diagnosis was correct. Hope yours is as easy to find and fix.
