Marty, You logic and methods are impeccable, unless your aim is not to be fair or accurate, but to support your own viewpoint or just stir the pot. In which cases, neither logic or accuracy is paramount.

I can claim that for the current configuration (SB level) the success rate for the parachute is 1/1 or 100%.
You might well be right since this is the first time Cirrus made a change to the parachute deployment mechanism and provided a means of testing that change. So you could validly make a claim that there were 2 distinct groups, the first group being all of the parachute design changes which were left for the pilot to test and the last change which Cirrus provided a test procedure for.
