ARNAV good customer service report

I was pleasantly surprised to find an ARNAV

software update card on my doorstep this morning.

Over the weekend, I left a message with their

web site about my out of date SFO class B in my

“new” database, asking for someone to telephone so we could deal with it. Apparently they fedex’ed one out immediately when they got my message.

This is outstanding customer service, kudos to them!
