Hi All! I am new to COPA. I am very interested in attending my first CPPP event, a 3-day event, most likely Knoxville. I’m still working out some kinks in my schedule to make it happen. If I were to register, and not be able to get my schedule to accommodate that weekend, would I be able to cancel my registration? Do these 3-day events “sell out”? Meaning, would I be at risk of not being able to attend if I don’t register early enough? Thanks!

You can cancel and receive a full refund as long as you cancel 30 days before the event. The other option is to take the insurance and then you will be able to cancel up until start date of event and receive a full refund. The last time we were in Knoxville we did sell out because of space on the ramp. Feel free to reach out with other questions.
