Warranty

Can any of you get your mechanics/ FBOs to give us some specifics about slow payments for warranty work? I’m inclined to think there must be some misunderstanding. Why would a new company wasnt to not pay for warranty?Clark Jernigan

If Cirrus didn’t get the big ‘cash infusion’ last year, the obvious answer would then be a lack of cash flow.
But, that shouldn’t be the issue. It could be that Cirrus is ‘auditing’/ questioning the repair work and it takes longer to get the sign off for payment. Either way, once you get beyond 60-90 days…most service vendors ‘cut you off’. They have cash flow needs as well and will ‘naturally’ seek to first repair planes for which they will get paid on a timely basis.
Hopefully there is an acceptable answer and a quick resolution.
