I got that form in October when I picked up my demo. I filled it out and sent it to them regarding my broken ring terminal on ALT 1. I even sent them the broken terminal.

Never heard a word.

One of my pet peeves.

Of course, they could always have an employee spend about 30 minutes a day on this site and they’d find out about pretty much EVERY recurring maintenance issue.

When I picked up my SR22 (in May '01, seems like yesterday) I noticed postings from this forum in printed form in someone’s In Box at HQ. So they were reading it then. Of course, given the amount of traffic on the site, it could become a bit unmanagable these days. (Hi, Ian!)
