So an update…
The folks at Cies were great to work with, Thanks Danielle. I ended up sending the TKS sending unit to Cies and they provided me with the 8130 Repair form that was required for the Cirrus Service center to install, and also next day mailed the sensor back to me free of charge. Installed the sending unit with the new arm and float and works perfectly
