SF Bay Area training option

For those Bay Area pilots looking to get more than just sim training on the 430’s, a 2000 Archer with dual 430s, a Sandel HSI, and an S-Tec 55 is available at West Valley Flying Club in Palo Alto.

Look at the aircraft section at www.wvfc.org for N945DB.

Palo Alto Flying Club has a similar set-up in a 1999 Archer III (N4120K) (dual GNS430, mechanical HSI, S-tec 55 with VS select, Alt hold, Flight Director and CWS…everything except decent speed and payload). IMHO aircraft availability is generally better at PAFC, perhaps because the club employs an ancient paper scheduling system rather than West Valley’s state-of-the-art - and all too accessible - Internet booking application.
