On top of $15K deposit plus price difference, the move up premiums were:
Approx. Position 99 - $5k premium
Approx. Position 69 - $25K premium
Approx. Position 39 - $35K premium
These are completed deals. Position #'s and prices changed very slightly to preserve confidentiality.
