Interesting story. The pilot claimed the wind pushed him. I guess no crime was committed as it was probably Class E airspace and of course, no TFRs
They cut in front of him twice? Wow
That’s not how an intercept is supposed to be carried out according to the FAA guidelines for helicopters.

I’m glad the rotor wash didn’t cause problems for the glider.
Who has authority to intercept? I would have thought it would need to be a federal think - like the Air Force or something.
