Hanger rent is $55.00 per month with several hangars avavilabe now. We are in Snyder Texas. May not be near the beach but you can use the savings for avgas.

Sounds like heaven there in Snyder Texas. In the SF Bay Area, try $400+ per month, maybe no electrical power, and a 5-10 year wait (optimistic) to get one. And I almost forgot, 100LL is $2.50-3.00.
