# Forum Access Lost

My subscription was renew recently, however I do not now have access to the members forum area. Is there something I can do fix this problem?

If your membership didn’t renew you can Visit your [Subscriptions page](https://passport.cirruspilots.org/Identity/Account/Manage/Subscriptions), and click on “Manage Subscription” and verify payment information etc.
