what’s the latest and best deal by new owners for financing?
Don’t know if this helps Charlie but I just talked to my banker this morning. 10% down 10 year loan with the interest rate fixed for the first 5 years at 7.85% plus a 1/2 point loan origination fee. The rate is based on 3 points above the 5 year US Treasury Bond rate. At the end of 5 years I can pay it off or refinance the remainder of the loan on the same 3 points above US Treasuries with another 1/2 point fee.
