I wanted to commend Tim Embury at Albatross Aviation, Livingston County Airport in Howell, MI (a Cirrus Service Center). My partner had got stuck with a dead battery and Tim charged it at no charge. They just got certified, if this is typical it sounds like they are worth checking out for more extensive service.
