During our annual, a crack was found in the engine bearer (part: 18640-001) of our SR20 G3. Understandably, Cirrus confirmed that the bearer needed to be replaced. A new engine bearer was ordered shortly thereafter.
The issue was spotted in November and we have now been told by Cirrus that a new part will only be available in late March. We continue to be grounded.
Clearly, this is a ridiculous situation and I am keen to know if others are experiencing similar problems?
